Since the Boston Marathon bombing, the US has been pretty lucky (I would say blessed) when it comes to terror related bombings. For the most part, the bombs built by the most recent spate of terrorists have malfunctioned in some way or another limiting the amount of damage they have done or preventing them from going off at all. That may not always be the case…
Last year I posted a link to an article by Greg Ellifritz on lessons learned from the the bombing in Bangkok (link).
More recently the Thoughtfully Prepping blog posted an interesting set of observations about bombs, the effects of bombs and what to do if you are near a bomb attack in a post titled “A bomb goes boom!”
This might be a good time to check both of them out.
